Observe. Verify. Advocate.

Every month, we record what AI assistants say about your business, check each claim against proof, and fix the sources that got it wrong. Every finding comes with its citation — you see the transcripts, the sources, and the fixes.

Observe — we record what AI says about you

We start with the questions your customers actually ask. Discovery questions, where nobody names you — "who does ceramic tint near me." Comparison questions with conditions attached — "who's open Saturdays and takes walk-ins." Factual questions about your business — hours, prices, what you offer. And reputation questions — "is this shop legit."

We put those questions to the assistants people actually use — the ones that search the web before they answer — and we capture both the answer and the sources it cited. The citations matter: they tell us where every answer came from.

One run proves nothing, because assistants vary their answers. So we repeat each question. When we report a change, it's a real change — not noise that happened to land in your favor.

Verify — every claim gets checked against proof

Every fact about your business gets a canonical record with proof behind it: hours, services, credentials, service area, phone. Not what a directory thinks — what you've confirmed is true.

Then we hold each AI answer against that record, claim by claim. Every claim lands in one of three buckets: correct, wrong, or missing.

A wrong answer isn't the end of the trail — it's the start. We trace it back to the source that misled the assistant, because that source, not the assistant, is what we can fix.

Advocate — we fix what AI reads

AI has no memory of your business — it only knows what it reads. So we fix the reading list: listings corrected, duplicate profiles cleaned up, schema installed on your site, and answers published for the questions assistants research on your customers' behalf.

Each cycle surfaces your top three gaps — never more — each with a fix that's ready to use. A short list that gets done beats a long one that doesn't.

Then the loop closes. The next cycle re-runs the same questions and reports what was fixed, what regressed, and what's new — with before-and-after transcripts behind every claim.

The honest part

Nobody can promise what an AI assistant will say — anyone who guarantees a mention is guessing. What we promise is narrower and checkable: accurate sources, documented fixes, and a re-test that shows whether the answers moved.

The five gaps that hide a business from AI

Everything we find sorts into one of five gaps. Naming the gap is what makes the fix specific.

Entity gap Fixed first
AI isn't sure which business you are — duplicate listings, a name too generic to pin down, a practitioner who shares a name with someone better known. We clean up the duplicates and make your name unmistakable everywhere it appears. An ambiguous business can't be recommended reliably, so this gap gets cleared before any other.
Retrieval gap
The sources AI reads don't include you. The assistant cites a directory for your kind of question, and you're not in it. We get you listed — correctly — on the sources it actually cites.
Accuracy gap
AI says something about you that's wrong — old hours, a dead phone number, a service you no longer offer. We correct the surface that fed it the bad fact, then re-test and report.
Coverage gap
Customers ask questions nobody has answered. Assistants run searches on your customers' behalf, and no page you control answers them. We write the answer and publish it where assistants can find it.
Structure gap
Your site doesn't say it in a way machines can read. The facts are on the page, but not in the structured markup assistants parse. We install schema so your site states its facts in a machine-readable form.

Monthly delta email

Fixed

Assistants now cite your site for walk-in availability. Corrected listing confirmed by re-test.

Regressed

One directory reverted your Saturday hours. Correction re-filed; on next cycle's watch list.

New

Customers ask about ceramic tint pricing, and no source you control answers it. Draft answer page attached.
